Meet Ms. Brooke!

I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Ms. Brooke - Senior 2011! We had so much fun capturing an array of different images & soaking up the late afternoon sun!!! I loved her idea of using pictures in the first image to tell her life story. I have two favorite images (that's right - a tie!) for Brooke's sneak peek: #4 - I just love the warm sunlight bouncing off Brooke's shoulders & hair. And #5 - a really cool shot of the sunset casting huge shadows in our directions (this is zero flash - all natural sunlight) very, very different...

JUST MARRIED!!!

Congratulations, Jessica & Daniel - on your wonderful marriage & quite possibly the most BEAUTIFUL & BREATHTAKING wedding I have ever been to!!!

The weather was perfect, the colors were vibrant & most of all - Love was in the air!!!  Oh, & just for the record - my favorite image (out of the thousands I took on Saturday) is #5 - It just reminds me of a fairytale!!!

And what better way than to celebrate with Reflections?! Baby Nate is such a flirt: batting those blue eyes and showing off those dimples!!! I enjoyed spending the morning following him around on his little adventure. And, of course, a toddler's session would never be complete without including a Lollipop Session... After all, who can say no to that little candy face???!

Trash-The-Dress!!!!

As Trash-the-Dress gains more & more popularity with my Senior Girls - the girls are becoming more & more creative with their choice of locations!!! Haley & her mom, Ms. Rhonda, sought out the perfect fountain to finish up Haley's 'Model for a Day - Senior Experience'. I actually have 2 favorites in this sneak peek: Image #2 because it's SASSY & Image #3 because it's DRAMATIC!

Meet Derek: Country Boy, Hunter & Senior - 2011!

I spent the afternoon with Derek. We shot a few images in studio & then headed outdoors to soak up a beautiful, sunny, October afternoon. My favorite image is the bow: I love the way the sun is bouncing off the top of his hat and the rim of the bow - looks like he's about to make the perfect shot!

Meet Tiffany... Class of 2011!

I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Ms. Tiffany. We had a wonderful time laughing, shooting & swapping stories of horseback riding & working at Vet Clinics! Although I am always partial to black & white portraits, my favorite image of Tiffany is the last one: beautiful, breathtaking sunlight beaming on one side, creating soft, cool shadows on the other! Love it!
